M. Olcay Hephız
A successful entrepreneur and businessman who founded Nobel Ambalaj in 1992, which later merged with Kale Ambalaj in 1998 to form Kale Nobel.
He grew the business from a start-up operation to a multi-location success and Kale Nobel became Türkiye’s first flexible packaging company to attract private equity investment in 2010.
Olcay led the company as CEO through its successful exit to Mondi Group in 2016.
In 2017 Olcay founded Trom Investments, which manages investments across Czechia, Switzerland, and Türkiye.
Olcay holds B.A. and M.S. in Business Administration.
He is married, father of a son and a daughter.

2001 to 2017, managed private equity fund activities of ARGUS Capital in Central & Eastern Europe.
He was responsible for ARGUS Capital’s Turkish investments including KaleNobel packaging and Memorial Hospital.
Together with Trom Investments, Daniel co-founded DMO Invest in 2017, a real-estate investment company based in the Czechia and Coneco, a packaging companu in Turkiye.

2017 & 2018 Can acted as CFO of multinational real estate development group.
In 2019 he joined Trom Investments as Principal responsible for asset management.
In 2022, he co-founded Coneco packaging and acts as the General Manager.
He holds B.A. in Business Administration and History and ongoing Political Science & International Relations.
